How did you sleep last night? How did you feel when you woke up this morning?
In the world we live in, it is so hard to not procrastinate. How many times have you said ” I will start Monday”? Regardless of what that start was. Was it the new diet? Starting a new workout? Getting a project done at the house? Completing the honey do list?
Guess what – Today is the best day to start. Start with small goals. Something as easy as making the bed first thing when you wake up. I know it sounds silly, yet it is a good way to start the day accomplishing a small feat.
Think of motivation like a snowball. Do small things that will add up to greater momentum.
