Quote of the Day

“If you want to achieve greatness stop asking for permission”

– Anonymous
You don’t need permission, a hall pass or acceptance to start on a journey to greatness.

Do you want to learn the piano at 45?  Did you start college and not finish your degree? Did you start meal prep for a week of healthy eating but never fully committed? Now is the time – your time to be great!

    1. Shay – there are a few answers I would share. I use Evernote to gather my thoughts, topics and sort out the sections that are featured. If I can start with topics, I can then come back to pieces that have a specific motivation for me. If you can’t find the words, just start with one word. The one thing you are happy about that day. That will lead to more words and soon a full piece. Great question, I hope that helps. /KK
