American Management Explained

We as humans by default are wired to go with our gut feeling. Yet in American business we seem to over complicate and over think them. A friend recently posted this parable of what I would explain as most corporate cultures and decision tree processes today.

Their conclusion was the Japanese had 8 people rowing and 1 person steering, while the North American team had 8 people steering and 1 person rowing.

What they do next to address & adapt is pretty spot on. If you have a similar story or thoughts, would love to hear below in the comments.
